For nearly a century, Swanson Tool Company has been a leading, global manufacturer of layout, leveling and measuring tools. Swanson recognized that their brand was looking dated and their retail strategy had become fractured with sub-brands. TGS performed a brand and competitor audit—recommending a simplified brand offering while maximizing existing equity.
The new designs kept their heritage in mind while bringing in eye (and off-the-shelf) popping colors to the updated identity. On top of looking great in-store, the surprise is the performance of the brand in on-line environments. The new look has helped Swanson capture more clicks and go from zero to millions in on-line sales!
